Mengmeng Dong graduated from Henan Normal University in 2026 and was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in the Enzyme Engineering Group at Shandong University, under the joint supervision of Associate Professor Li Ma and Professor Shengying Li.
