Shengjie Zhao obtained a master 's degree in microbiology and biochemical pharmacy of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in June 2026. She then entered Shandong University in September. She pursued her Ph.D. degree and specialized in Biology and Medicine in the Enzyme Engineering group, and her supervisor is Prof. Shengying Li.
